Rose Viscose Top Roving Vegan Spinning Fibre
The natural rose fibre has been extracted from the natural waste of rose bushes and stems. The fibre has been stripped and processed to create a luxurious and soft handspinning spinning fibre, similar to silk.
Rose fibre is best spun with a medium to tight twist. The yarn can be used as a single ply or plied with itself or another fibre. The single ply is also lovely when used as weft in handwoven fabrics. Rose fiber can also be used in wet or needle felting, doll hair and paper making.
Rose fibre or yarns can be dyed with natural plant dyes and mordants or other dyes suitable for cellulose fibres.
I now sell many of my Spin Flora fibres via Paivatar Yarn on EBay.
